Order placement

Once you have placed an order using our secure ordering and payment system, your order is processed by us and usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will be notified at each stage of your order via e-mail.

Pending: Your order has been received by our system and is awaiting to be processed by our sales team.

Processing: Your payment details have been processed and your order is being made ready for dispatch by our sales team.

Dispatched: Your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

We currently offer three fixed shipping rates for all orders. No matter how much you order our shipping charges stay the same!

UK orders under £15: £3.00
UK orders over £15: FREE

International customers

We no longer accept international orders online to find your nearest distributor please Contact Us with your Name, Location and the Products you are intereasted in.

UK Customers

UK orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours and should reach you within 2 - 3 working days World-Class does not accept responsibility for any delays, loss or damage to your order that occur during transit.

Disguised packaging

In the interest of security and to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and in its' entirety, your packing is tightly wrapped in a plain brown box and no markings are used.

Returns Policy.

World-Class cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during transit, it may be possible to make a claim against the dispatchers using your reference number if loss or damage occurs. Conditions and terms apply please refer to the dispatchers web-site for more information.

If you have any problems with your product upon arrival please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact page, and we will seek to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. This may include returns, refunds, and replacement. We will examine the returned product and we will notify you of any refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for you purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective product.
